DroneBee has developed its own vending machines, adapted to the short chain and local trader. Affordable, robust and fully integrated into our platform. No costly licenses, no dependence on external suppliers, no compromises on functionality.
Our vending machines also work as a locker system. Multiple producers can use the same machine to prepare orders or offer products for free sale. One physical point, multiple suppliers, stronger and cheaper together than separately.
The customer sees from home what is available, so he doesn't need to travel unnecessarily. As soon as a product is sold, it disappears immediately from the offer. What is visible is available.
For the producer: everything automatically
Add a product? One click and it's immediately online. Sold? Immediately invisible. Statistics, invoices and tracking are always at your fingertips. If there's a problem with the machine, for example a power outage, you automatically receive a notification by SMS or email. You don't need to be present to control everything.
Invoicing is done automatically via a proprietary system with Peppol integration, the European standard for electronic invoicing. No manual work, no mountain of paper.
For the courier: proprietary route planner
DroneBee has developed an integrated route planner specifically for short chain logistics. Orders are automatically grouped and converted into an efficient route, so the courier has nothing to plan manually.
Plug-and-play printing
Our proprietary printer system works entirely automatically on a regular Internet connection. The printer is placed at the producer's, connected to wifi, and now automatically prints all orders. No installation, no computer, no configuration. Plug in and go.
