DroneBee developed its own vending machines, tailored to the short chain and the local trader. Affordable, robust and fully integrated with our platform. No expensive licenses, no dependence on external suppliers, no compromises on functionality.
Our machines also work as a locker system. Multiple producers can use the same machine to set up orders or offer products for individual sale. One physical point, multiple providers, stronger and cheaper together than each separately.
The customer can see from home what is available, so he doesn't have to drive unnecessarily. As soon as a product is sold, it immediately disappears from the offer. What is visible is available.
For the producer: everything automatically
Add a product? One click of a button, and it's immediately online. Sold? Immediately invisible. Statistics, invoices and tracking are always at hand. If there is a problem with the machine, for example due to a power outage, you automatically receive a notification by SMS or email. You don't have to be there to keep everything under control.
Invoicing is automatic via our own system with Peppol integration, the European standard for electronic invoicing. No manual work, no paperwork.
For the courier: own route planner
DroneBee developed an integrated route planner specifically for short-chain logistics. Orders are automatically bundled and converted into an efficient route, so the courier doesn't have to plan anything manually.
Plug-and-play printing
Our own printer system works completely automatically on a standard internet connection. The printer is placed with the producer, connected to wifi, and automatically prints all orders from then on. No installation, no computer, no configuration. Just plug in and work.
Custom integrations
No two businesses work the same way. That's why DroneBee offers custom integrations for producers and traders who already work with an existing cash register system, accounting software or website. Our platform seamlessly connects to what you already have, without having to overhaul your entire operation. Orders, inventory and invoicing remain synchronized, without manual intervention.
